STEP 1
Initial consultation
During the initial consultation, one of our lighting specialists will walk the property with you intently, listening to your wants and desires for your outdoor living spaces. As your lighting designer is listening, he/she will be asking strategic questions to understand your hopes for the project further. Together we will be evaluating the architecture and landscaping of your property, identifying unique lighting opportunities that add safety, security, beauty, and increased utility to your home.
STEP 2
Design & Proposal
Next, we will present an outdoor lighting design that complements your property as a whole. We will also propose pricing and various options to give you the best possible lighting system within your budget.
STEP 3
Nighttime Demonstration
Once we have discussed the proposed options, we will set up a nighttime demonstration at your home to give you the opportunity to see your design brought to life. The demonstration phase is interactive. We will adjust the lights per your request to ensure the design goes beyond what you had hoped for.
STEP 4
Contract & Approval
Once the lighting design has been approved, we will finalize any remaining details, sign the contract, collect your deposit and schedule a date for installation!
STEP 5
Delivery
Installation is carried out by our team of certified lighting technicians that are eager to work with diligence and excellence.
STEP 6
Follow-up
After installation, we will come out and perform a nighttime walk through with you to make sure we have exceeded your expectations.
STEP 7
System Maintenance
